Returns

Nature Bar is soap and shampoo bars with a mission: to inspire people to take better care of themselves and nature. In the soap studio in Amsterdam, the natural and circular soap is handmade in small batches, using the traditional and artisanal method. Every nature bar is unique, just like you. Together we can create a more beautiful and cleaner world! In the unlikely event that something goes wrong and/or you are not satisfied, you always have the right to return an item.

Rights

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Nature Bar with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@naturebar.co. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Complaints

Of course we only want happy customers. It can of course happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. First make the complaint known to us by emailing info@naturebar.co. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your complaint (or dispute) for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
